These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Konjac Skin Food app. By accessing or using our app, you agree to comply with these terms. if you do not agree, please do not use the app.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We may collect certain information to enhance your user experience.

By using this app, you agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activities,

• Disrupt the security or functionality of the app.

• Any purchases made within the app are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• We use secure payment gateways for transactions.

All content within the Konjac Skin Food app, including logos, text, and images, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

During sign-up, you may choose to opt-in to receive promotional messages, updates, and offers via WhatsApp. By opting in, you consent to receive such messages from Konjac Skin Food. You can opt-out at any time through the app or by contacting our support.

By using Konjac Skin Food, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you use our Face Scan (skin analyser) feature, we collect a facial image captured through your device's camera to provide skin analysis and personalized recommendations.

During the Face Scan:

•⁠  ⁠Your camera is used to capture your facial image.
•⁠  ⁠The captured facial image is securely transmitted to YouCam API by Perfect Corp for skin analysis.
•⁠  ⁠The facial image and resulting skin analysis are stored in your account's scan history so you can review your previous results.
•⁠  ⁠We do not store live camera streams after the scanning session.

Before your facial image is shared with the third-party AI provider, we clearly inform you about the sharing and obtain your consent. You may choose not to proceed with the Face Scan.

We use YouCam API by Perfect Corp to perform automated skin analysis.

Data shared: Your captured facial image only.

Purpose: To analyze your facial image and generate your skin analysis results.

Data recipient: YouCam API by Perfect Corp

The facial image is securely transmitted to the service provider for the requested skin analysis and is retained for a maximum of 30 minutes. After the analysis is completed, the transferred image and associated metadata are permanently deleted from the YouCam API servers.

We do not use facial images for biometric identification or identity verification.

Captured facial images: Stored securely on our servers as part of your account’s scan history and retained until you delete your account.

Skin analysis results: Stored securely on our servers as part of your account’s scan history and retained until you delete your account.

Live camera input: Not stored after the scanning session.

Third-party AI provider: Facial images shared with YouCam API by Perfect Corp. are processed in accordance with Perfect Corp.’s applicable data retention, security, and deletion policies. The images are securely transmitted for the requested skin analysis and deleted from the YouCam API servers after a maximum of 30 minutes.

You may request deletion of your Face Scan data or delete your account at any time. Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize the facial images and associated scan results stored by us, subject to applicable legal requirements.
