Before your facial image is shared with Perfect Corp., we clearly inform you about the sharing and obtain your consent. You may choose not to proceed with the Face Scan.

We use Perfect Corp. as our third-party AI service provider to perform automated skin analysis.

• Data shared: Your captured facial image only.
• Purpose: To analyze your facial image and generate your skin analysis results.
• Data recipient: Perfect Corp.

The facial image is securely transmitted to Perfect Corp. for the requested skin analysis. Perfect Corp. processes submitted images in accordance with its applicable privacy policies and service terms. For certain cloud-based AI services, Perfect Corp. states that submitted photos may be temporarily processed and deleted after the service has been completed. The applicable processing and retention practices may depend on the specific Perfect Corp. service used by us.

We do not use facial images for biometric identification or identity verification.

• Captured facial images: Stored in your account's scan history until you delete your account or request deletion.
• Skin analysis results: Stored in your account's scan history until you delete your account or request deletion.
• Live camera input: Not stored after the scanning session.
• Perfect Corp.: Facial images shared with Perfect Corp. are processed for the requested AI skin analysis. Perfect Corp.'s applicable privacy policy and service terms govern its processing and retention of submitted images. Where applicable, Perfect Corp. states that photos submitted for cloud-based processing are permanently deleted after the service has been completed.

You may request deletion of your Face Scan data or delete your account at any time. Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize the facial images and associated scan results stored by us, subject to applicable legal requirements.
